How long does it take?
A first phase for one company covering finance, purchasing, sales, and inventory usually takes a few months. Data readiness and the availability of your key users decide the pace more than the software does.
Do you implement remotely in Africa?
Yes. Discovery, configuration, training, and support are delivered over video calls and screen sharing in an agreed window that overlaps your day. On-site days for go-live or plant walkthroughs are planned when they add value.
What do we need to prepare?
